Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Bound For Greatness Apparel. Please contact us at mtaylor9087@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery if you experience a problem with your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is different from what you ordered, please email us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. After reviewing your request, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Size Exchanges

We offer one size exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we sent the incorrect size. Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct instructions and return location.

Made-to-Order Products

Our physical products are printed specifically for each order. Because they are made to order, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for buyer’s remorse, color preference, or an incorrect size selected during checkout.

Digital Products

Digital journals, ebooks, and downloadable products are non-refundable after they have been downloaded or accessed. If you receive the wrong file, cannot access your purchase, or are charged more than once, please contact us so we can correct the issue.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
